Capricorn Systems, Inc.'s offshore unit is Capricorn Systems Global Solutions Limited (CSGS). This is an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility based in Hyderabad, India.

CSGS is engaged in developing software solutions in the areas of Internet and client / server technologies and platform migration & reengineering.

CSGS is associated with Capricorn Systems, Inc. (CSI) of Atlanta, GA, USA for software development projects and providing professional services. This involves both on-site and offshore support to clients based in USA and other countries. The project personnel at Atlanta and Hyderabad work as a unified team which enables them to seamlessly access the technical skills and expertise amongst them. The end result is that Capricorn is able to provide the customer a solution developed in the latest technology, within the specified time frame in a very cost-effective manner while ensuring that quality processes are fully implemented.

CSGS has successfully executed projects both in the domestic market in India as well as in the international market (USA and Africa).

Capricorn's relentless pursuit towards quality began in September 1999 and we successfully achieved the ISO 9001:1994 version certification in August 2000 from KPMG. The journey continues with total implementation and adherence to the international standard. In April 2003, we changed over to the new ISO 9001:2000 standards and then re-certified by DNV in May 2006. We have been upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 standards by DNV in September 2009.
