Capricorn Systems, Inc. provides Physician Billing Services through its joint venture company CAPRN Technologies, LLC. CAPRN is a joint venture between Capricorn Systems, Inc. and PRN Medical Services - a Practice Management Company.
PRN Medical Services (PRN) was incorporated in 1993 as a practice management company for psychiatrists. As PRN established itself as a management company, it began providing medical billing and related services to pediatrician, OB/GYN, ophthalmology and other types of physician practices in the Metro Atlanta area.
CAPRN draws upon the strengths of both companies, over fifteen years of practice management services to physician groups and over eighteen years of technology services to Fortune 500 as well as medium sized companies. We focus on process improvement, process integration and cash management by formalizing and improving the front-to-end business process flow for all aspects of our customer's practice. From front-office activities to receivables management to technology infrastructure, we focus on what is required to successfully implement the solutions and to consequently improve cash generation.
